Delivery of your orders

Packages are generally shipped within 24/48 hours after receipt of your payment and in the event that all your ordered products are in physical stock in our warehouse.

We offer different delivery methods:

• With our partner UPS, the price of sending your order will be displayed directly. The delivery times indicated do not take into account the preparation time which may change for various reasons.

• With our partner GLS, the price of sending your order will be displayed directly. The delivery times indicated do not take into account the preparation time which may change for various reasons.

• You have the option of choosing CLICK AND COLLECT so that your order is available for pick up at our premises by you or your carrier.

Please note that for certain international shipments, customs fees, linked to the import rules of the destination country, may apply. These costs are exclusively the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the transport costs.

If you choose to come directly to our showroom or if you use a carrier to pick up your order, don't forget to provide us with all the information necessary to prepare your request: date of delivery, name of the carrier, maximum weight of the package ...

By choosing to ship your order with our partners GLS or UPS, we will provide you as soon as possible with a link that will allow you to track the delivery of your package online.

Shipping costs include packaging and handling. The delivery rates of our partners may change at any time.

We advise you to combine your purchases in a single order if it does not exceed the maximum weight authorized by the carrier.

We cannot combine two separate orders and you will have to pay the shipping costs for each one.
