1. Intellectual Property – General Provisions

All content featured on the website operated by EPSILONN on behalf of the Eva & Lola brand is protected under applicable French and international laws, including:

• copyright law,

• trademark law,

• design and model law,

• and the rules governing unfair competition and parasitism.

EPSILONN is the sole and exclusive owner of all intellectual property rights related to this content.

2. Protected Content

Protection applies notably — but not exclusively — to the following elements:

• the website’s architecture, layout and overall structure;

• the graphic charter and visual identity elements;

• timestamped product photographs, lookbooks, videos, illustrations and visuals;

• texts, descriptions, titles, compositions and editorial content;

3. Prohibited Uses – Legal Reminder

To protect the creative and commercial value of the Eva & Lola brand, the following actions are strictly forbidden:

• reproducing or imitating designs, silhouettes, stylistic details, characteristic combinations, or visual signatures associated with the brand;

• using, modifying or repurposing product photographs, including through AI generation or digital editing;

• copying or directly replicating product descriptions, titles or marketing content;

• importing, offering for sale or promoting products that imitate Eva & Lola creations in a way that may create commercial confusion;

• using robots, scripts or web scraping tools to automatically extract website content;

• creating derivative content ("lookalike products", similar shoots, reproduction of brand-specific poses, palettes or aesthetics).

Any violation may constitute:

• counterfeiting,

• parasitism,

• unfair competition.

EPSILONN reserves the right to take any legal action required to enforce and protect its rights.

5. Commercial Use – Mandatory Licensing

Any commercial use of content belonging to EPSILONN — including visuals, texts, videos or models — requires a written license, granted only after explicit approval.

No tolerance, implicit or apparent, shall ever be considered an authorization.
